Justice Mashud Abas of an Ibadan High Court ordered the defendant to be taken back to prison and adjourned the case till tomorrow.
According to the prosecutor, Mrs. Olumide, Ojo, the young girl was raped by Segun on the 29th of May, 2012.

35-year-old Man Imprisoned For Raping A 9-year-old Girl
Justice Mashud Abas of an Ibadan High Court ordered the defendant to be taken back to prison and adjourned the case till tomorrow.
