The
15th Annual GQ Men Of The Year Awards took place in Berlin on Thursday
evening. At the event, David Beckham was awarded for being incredible
stylist.
The
38-year-old retired football star was dressed in a smart two piece suit,
stark white shirt and pencil tie. He was on hand to personally accept
his award in the ceremony’s style category.
GQ
Editor-in-Chief José Redondo Vega says no-one else had managed to

"Like no other athlete, David Beckham represents style and fashion influence,’ said GQ Editor-in-Chief.
‘With
his trendsetting and sometimes daring appearances he has created a
bridge between the world of design, models, and photographers, and the
world of world-class sports, and brought glamour back to a male sport."
