Rapper Sean Kingston Sued $5 million For Alleged Gang Rape

22-year-old Carissa Capeloto claims she was gang raped by Sean Kingston and two members of his entourage at a hotel in Seattle, in July 2010.


Carissa who was high and intoxicated claims the evil act happened after she was invited to Kingston's room for a meet and greet. On getting to the room, she meet a naked Kingston on the bed after which she was picked up by the bodygaurd and placed on Kingston. The three men then gang raped her.

However, Carrisa's friend eventually busted in the room and rescued her, after which they called the police.

Criminal charges were filed againt Kingston who clearly denied the claims saying it was completely consensual.  The charges were however dropped in 2010 as Carissa did not have enough evidence on him for a legitimate case.

Carissa now wants $5 million minimum as she is attempting to go through with the case again. Trail has been set for November.
