The famous couple haven't been seen together for quite some time and they also walked their latest red carpet appearances solo.
According to sources, neither star has filed for divorce or moved toward a legal separation.
Catherine and Douglas have had their share of ups and down over the last few years. Douglas had a battle with cancer in 2010 while Catherine has been seeking medical help for her bipolar disorder over the last few months.
Their marriage is blessed with two children; Dylan,13 and Carys,10.
