Lawlessness In Lagos: Soldier Strangles Danfo Driver To Death Over Bus Fare

Killer Soldier - An officer of the Nigerian Army is said to have strangled a danfo bus driver to death after refusing to pay his fare. The danfo driver had to die simply because he insisted that the killer officer must pay his bus fare.

According to reports, the incident which took place at Obalende bus stop ensued after an argument between the driver and soldier when the former refused to move his vehicle from the park due to the latter's refusal to pay any fare.

In a country where millions of 'complete'(no pun intended) grown up men are busy complaining of job unavailability, 32-year-old amputee Pius Abayomi Abiodun did not let his condition define his life as he takes to the busy Lagos road everyday in his Danfo to make ends meet.
