Beauty Queen Arrested for Cocaine Trafficking

Miss Italia beauty queen, Samantha Scarlino, who was a finalist in the beauty competition in 1999 was arrested at a Milan hotel, accused of offences related to the importation of 500 kg of the Class A drug.

Prosecutors believe the cocaine seized was destined for Italy, Belgium, Holland, Spain and France.

The 32-year-old is accused of transporting several deliveries of cash from Italy to gang bosses in Peru to be handed on the drug cartels. A 60-year-old kingpin from Milan is now wanted by police.  

Man Apprehended with N82m Cocaine Concealed Inside Food Flasks

A 39-year-old man, who imported 7.45kg of cocaine valued at N82 million  has been arrested by The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA on October 12

The agency’s spokesman, Mr. Mitchell Ofoyeju, made this known in a statement yesterday. He said the suspect was intercepted at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja.

Ofoyeju said the discovery was made “during inward screening of passengers on-board an Ethiopian Airline flight from Brazil.

Man Excretes 57 Wraps Of Condom Stuffed With Cocaine

 29-year-old Plumber, Okechukwu Ogu has been arrested by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, for ingesting 57 wraps of Condom stuffed with Cocaine.

He was arrested during the inward screening of passengers on an Etihad flight from Abu Dhabi at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos.

The NDLEA Airport Commander, Hamza Umar, on Thursday said the suspect excreted the 57 wraps of cocaine, which was packed in a male condom.

Tabitha Leah Ritchie, a Canadian social worker, 28, carried over four pounds of cocaine under a latex belly.

The Toronto woman who was trying to board a Canada flight in Bogota was stopped after inspection. The inspector noticed her belly was unusually cold and hard.
