Policeman kills okada rider, shoots woman in Lagos State

According to Punch, A policeman(Identified as Haruna) shot and killed  an Okada rider in Ikorodu on Tuesday afternoon. There was also another casualty on the scene as Modikat Babatunde, a passerby, was hit by the bullet.
