Havoc in Seme border, Customs officer killed

35-year-old Samuel Joel was hit by a stray bullet at the Seme Border area of Lagos State on Thursday as some customs officers were trying to apprehend a motorist who was trying to smuggle a red Volkswagen bus from Benin Republic into Nigeria.
